Understanding customer reviews

When spending large sums of money, it's always prudent to learn about the merchants you're dealing with. There are multiple sources for the potential customer to turn to for feedback from former customers of the business they're thinking of using as their supplier. However, it's important to understand that there are very few sources of VERIFIED reviews of businesses. For example, anyone (including the merchant themselves) can create hundreds of anonymous email accounts using multiple email providers and give themselves five star reviews all day long. Only the Better Business Bureau contacts the reviewers and verifies their identity and their purchase. A good way to find out the true nature of reviews from unverified sources like Google and others is to pull up the reviews and sort them in order of worst to best. That way, you're more likely to find real reviews from the business's actual customers. Also be wary of a business with hundreds of five star reviews containing no explanation of their buying experience. We're more than happy to share our BBB reviews by clicking HERE. Before making your purchasing decision, please check the BBB pages of any of our competitors. You simply go to www.bbb.org and type the merchant's phone number or web address into the "Find" box, clear the location in the "Near" box and click search. We hope this information will help you make an informed purchasing decision.
