    All PowerSource engines undergo full OEM remanufacturing and testing procedures including:

    • Engine blocks are magnafluxed, cylinders bored and precision honed to a tolerance of .0001"

    • Cam journals align bored and bearings installed to correct oiling issues on all Ford 4.6L and 5.4L engines

    • Engine blocks and cylinder heads precision surfaced to ensure proper sealing

    • Cylinder heads magnafluxed or dye checked and machined for three angle valve seats

    • Crankshafts are stress relieved, precision ground, and micro polished for optimum durability and surface finish

    • Camshafts precision ground or replaced with new to maintain the OE profile

    • Each engine is SIM tested for compression, oil pressure, oil leaks, unusual engine noise, and general operation condition before shipment

    • Engines ship with a finishing gasket set (oil pan, valve cover, intake etc.)

    • Return shipping on core included (for customers in the contiguous US only)

    • ISO 14000 & ISO 9001 Quality Control 

    • The block is guaranteed to be a 1st time repair (.020 or .030 overbore)

    • All new .003" over valves to insure proper guide clearance

    • Graphite coated hypereutectic pistons

    • Hardened valve seats for flex fuel compatibility

    • No weld repairs

    • Cylindricity of less than 10 microns

     * PowerSource engines for most one ton and under applications carry a 3-year/100,000-mile parts and labor warranty. The standard warranty covers parts and reimburses labor at $50/HR.
    We also offer a No-Fault warranty that guarantees a replacement engine and labor even if the failure is not due to a defect. This means that regardless of cause of failure, you're guaranteed a one-time replacement and labor, under the terms of the original warranty. It reimburses up to $100 per hour, has up to $50 fluids coverage, up to $100 towing coverage, and $350 rental coverage.

    Special order engines or transmissions are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. New returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and 2 way freight charges. Engines that have been installed and/or used are not returnable. Warranty coverage is not available for any unit with an outstanding balance.
